Goodnight Yoga is a calming practice designed to help you unwind and prepare for restful sleep. Simple movements, gentle stretches, and a guided relaxation will iron out the kinks, melt away tension, and prepare your mind and body for deep, restorative sleep.
Pro Tip: Dress down in PJs and have a blanket and pillow nearby. This class is the ultimate relaxation remedy.
