GENTLE YOGA

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am

Join us for a Gentle Yoga class that invites deep relaxation and mindful movement, with a focus on floor-based stretches and postures. This class is perfect for those seeking a slower pace, allowing you to connect with your breath and ease into each pose with support. Core strength is also incorporated into each class.

Ideal for all levels, this class promotes flexibility, calmness, and a sense of grounding and support.
