Perfect for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stretch, strengthen, and improve flexibility. Through mindful movement, Chair Yoga enhances balance, joint mobility, and overall well-being—all while keeping you grounded in a comfortable and supported position.

CHAIR YOGA +
WEIGHTS

Class combines gentle yoga movements with light resistance training to help tone muscles and maintain joint health. It's a fun and accessible way to improve mobility and enhance balance all with the support of a chair. Using small hand weights, you'll boost circulation, strengthen your core, and increase overall flexibility. Perfect for beginners and seniors!
