CHAIR YOGA

Tuesdays 10:30-11:00am

This is a gentle form of yoga that's practised sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. It's perfect for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stretch, strengthen, and improve flexibility. Through mindful movement and breathwork, Chair Yoga helps enhance balance, joint mobility, and overall well-being—all while keeping you grounded in a comfortable and supported position.

I never thought I could enjoy yoga with my limited mobility, but these classes have helped to improve my balance and flexibility safely. I leave every class feeling more relaxed and confident. Thank you, Chair Yoga!
