Align + Unwind

Tuesdays 7:45-8:30pm​

Align and unwind emphasizes self-care, with a calm and centered approach to a full-body stretch. The pace of the class lets students tune into their own unique experience and explore using props to modify poses or alternatives to promote a safe and mindful practice.

 

Align with inner peace and unwind from a long day in a luxuriously stretchy way.
